The marketing division is located in our registered office in Salwa Industrial Area and is responsible for sales, market surveys, pricing, customer complaints, after sales service and public relation.
This division pursues multifarious corporate objectives and strategies devised to achieve growth, market presence, good quality product/service and customer satisfaction. Sales staff ensure that there is a product/service awareness amongst all our clients by either frequently visiting them or communicating with them constantly, pertaining to technical or commercial matters and updating them with new developments in the field.
The After Sales Service ensure that dispatches and documentation are done effectively and liaise with transport contractors and clients to ascertain these. They are also responsible to cater to the clients’ needs and requirements.
Gulf Glass Fibre W.L.L (GGF), the first fibreglass products factory in Qatar, with its high quality products, experience and resources have positioned itself to meet its marketing policies and goals to satisfy the customers’ needs at various levels in the country.
One of the secrets behind our success story in this country has been the customers’ realization of the advantages to buy an internationally developed and locally produced GRP / fibreglass products from a company, which also offers comprehensive technical service as opposed to buying from a source which has very limited or no technical service capabilities.
